All three arrangement types follow the same underlying process: enquiry review, arrangement confirmation, pre-handover vehicle preparation, timely collection or delivery, named contact throughout, and invoice completion.
What differs between arrangements is the scope — the number of days, the vehicle tier, and the included services such as hotel delivery, mid-trip check-in, and end-of-trip documentation. The baseline quality remains consistent across all three.
Enquiry and Confirmation
Travel dates and arrangement type reviewed. Availability confirmed and details sent in writing within one business day.
Vehicle Preparation
Pre-handover checklist completed. Vehicle cleaned, fuelled, and documents verified before collection time.
Handover
Pickup at agreed central location, or hotel delivery on eligible arrangements. Timing confirmed in advance.
During Arrangement
Named contact available. Mid-week check-in included on weekly arrangement.
Return and Invoice
Vehicle returned at agreed location. Consolidated invoice issued. End-of-trip summary provided on weekly arrangements.

Vehicle Readiness Checklist
Every vehicle is reviewed before handover for cleanliness, fuel level, and document status. The checklist is completed for all three arrangement types.
Invoice Accuracy Review
Invoices are reviewed before dispatch to confirm they match the agreed arrangement. Any non-standard additions are flagged and agreed upon before inclusion.
Confirmed Handover Timing
Handover times are treated as commitments. If something changes on our end, the client is informed in advance with a revised option.
Post-Arrangement Follow-Up
After vehicle return, the named contact confirms invoice receipt and checks that the arrangement met expectations before the file is closed.
Current Registration and Insurance
All vehicles are operated with current registration and appropriate insurance coverage. Documents are confirmed as part of the pre-handover checklist.

All rates are in Malaysian Ringgit. Confirmed in writing at booking and reflected in full on the invoice.
